I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation to answer any of your questions and to ensure that I am the right therapist for you. I invite you to send me an e-mail through the contact page of this website in order to set up your free consultation. We can also book an initial session at this time.
Sessions may be either 50 or 80 minutes in length. 80 minute sessions are particularly helpful when processing trauma or when coming in with a partner or other family member.
Individual:
$170 for a 50- minute session (includes all taxes)
$215 for a 80-minute session (includes all taxes)
Couples or Family Counselling:
$190 for a 50- minute session (includes all taxes)
$240 for a 80-minute session (includes all taxes)
Group Counselling:
Between $50-$80 per week, per person, depending on the size and length of group
A portion of my available hours each month are dedicated to providing lower cost counselling for individuals with limited financial resources. Please contact me for rates and availability if you are unable to manage standard fees at this time.
